I was forced into a bankruptcy and this guy named Brian John sent me a letter I called him I went in he found me an excellent car he was very professional knew all about his cars I was in and out of there within a couple of hours I would highly recommend purchasing vehicles from JFR and associates I will buy from them again

If you do business here don’t use Haley Lyons or her associate Nicole…we set an appointment with Nicole on Saturday 5/6/2023 for Monday at 11:30 In Colorado Springs, after we test drove the Odyssey Nicole said we had to come back the following day as she had more important things like a DRs appointment to go too…don’t blame the girl but say something before I book some time with you. Not very professional!! Also they tried to give a different price. Good car, won’t negotiate price even though KELLY BLUE BOOK says otherwise, car was supposedly detailed but in the areas it counted-IT WAS NOT cleaned at all. Found old band-aids and other such disgusting materials. Got the run around with Nicole…but then Brian John stepped in to help out. We didn’t get the price we wanted but Brian helped out the best he could.Also this company is not very good at communicating back after an inquiry is sent!!

I bought my 1st Vehicle with JFR South location in Colorado Springs. Brian John my sales associate was phenomenal, understanding, most of all very patient. He did amazing work getting me financed. Brian is very customer orientated I felt appreciated welcomed and that all my needs are being met and answered. Brian continued working with me even after the cell was done.
